SC download

I have setup single click and pchelpware.
SC works from my pc, when I hit connect it does (multiple screens as it is same pc), however I have uploaded it to my website and I can successfully download it. However when downloaded for some reason it doesn't connect (despite being the same file). Any reason why this would be?

PcHelpware works no probs from the download site, but is dead slow. So slow in fact that I'd unfortunately prefer to use SC.

you have set the localhost or 127.0.0.1 to your helpdesk.txt is always a loop of your screen.

this normal you have a loop of your own computer.

Yes I understand that.
However the problelm I'm having is that when I get users to download my .exe it won't let me connect to them.

When I download the .exe myself it won't connect, but when I just open the same .exe saved on my desktop it will connect. Why would this happen? (it is the file on my desktop which I have uploaded to my website and I can successfully download it but when I do it won't connect).

Strange thing is the exact same file works from my desktop, Unless it gets corrupted on the upload, which would be unusual. The download states completed sucessfully and it goes through the steps but wont open. Hmm.

limited account windows XP?
OS where is fail ?
any third zip file software installed ?
self extract fail with power archiver.
