Please check the directive (i.e. [TITLE], [HOST] etc.) inside the Helpdesk.txt, see if you had any typing error.
Note that the word s/b all be in UPPER CASE.

Yes that is all correct, I even tried it with the default text and it still comes out the exact same way.

Another possibility is the helpdesk.txt had been saved other than the default ANSI format (such as unicode). Please try to open it with note pad & save it again, and make sure choosing the ANSI format.

Checked and it was being saved under what it should be under, ANSI.

Just can't image why this happened. Have you tried to download PcHelpWare again to see any difference?
