SC viewer crash?

Post by almafer »

Hello, I have installed winVNC on some PCs and works well (configurated on port 5500). Now I'm trying to implement the single click, I have the exe file but when I try to connect it crashes after accepting the connection... Can you help me?

regards

If I understood what you're saying, it sounds like you have the UltraVNC server running on a machine listening on port 5500 and then start the vncviewer also listening on the same port. Sounds like that is the conflict.

SC is simply a packaged server that you send to a client. They run it while you run the viewer listening on port 5500 for the connection from them.

If that is indeed the problem, i suggest running it on a different port ... 5501 for example ...

Code: Select all

vncviewer.exe -listen 5501
cant remmber the helpdesk.txt code off the top of my head sorry, but if you need it, search forum
(think it might be the same syntax)
