Trying to run through repeater, won't connect

I'm setting up PCHelpware trying to run it through the repeater01.ultravnc.info repeater. I have multiple people that need to connect, so I created an interface using this helpdesk.txt file.

When the viewer connects, it says that it's waiting, but when I double click their entry on the interface, it just sits there. Do I have something wrong?

nevermind, I was running it through the wrong ports.
