When viewing a Vista machine, it logs on fine, but the screen updates are VERY slow (even on a LAN). Correction: It updates exactly every 20 seconds and ONLY every 20 seconds. I've tried this even with the Windows Sidebar off. Maybe it's the Mirror driver - do you have any recommendations?
It wasn't the Mirror driver. I just tried it without it and it still only updates every 20 seconds.
That's not an UltraVNC bug. Windows Aero is obnoxiously graphics-intensive. Try switching to 256-color or 64-color mode - that works for me.

The new version create an ini file (ultravnc.ini) with default settings.

Try playing with the poll options in the server menu..

WOHOO!!! it works! it works it works! vista to vista service mode, accessible even after boot! yip yip! RC test version 1.0.3 is good.

aeroglass slows down the process quite a bit, i havent tried the video hook driver yet but i dont want it anyway (screws with 3d apps). otherwise its working and stable!
