VNC Viewer and Virus/Spyware Detection

Is anybody aware of any conflicts between virus or spyware detection programs and UltraVNC. We run about 100 pcs and we noticed on certain workstation the VNC viewer gets deleted for no apparent reason.

the malware detection utility ' a-squared free ' also does not like UltraVNC!
I, however, do !
