I'm sure that several tutorials have been posted, but I'm still confused!
Can someone please give me clear instruction on how exactly to set up the SC exe, with ALL settings, including which IP address to use, how to find it, etc?
Please keep in mind that I'm not a professional IT guy, so don't talk only technical language...

Have you considered PcHelpWare? There is a [topic=9663]"Zero Configuration" PcHelpWare_viewer Setup[/topic] post that allows you to set it up pretty quickly.

Thanks, mattice06082. I'm going to evaluate your suggestion. I really appreciate your fast reply. Problem is, I got quite confused with all the settings, port forwarding, and so on. Let's see if I can work this one out...

The whole point of the Zero Configuration post is that you don't need to set up port forwarding on the viewer or server sides 
. Simply set up the setting shown in the viewer and follow the step-by-step instructions.
