Connection blinks when connected

Is there a way to prevent Ultravnc from blinking when connected. I have the video driver installed thinking this would stop the blinking but it still blinks whether the driver is installed or not. Is there a possible fix for this in the new release coming out? I have a problem with users becoming aware that someone is watching them even though i actually hide the tray icon and this is the only reason why i cannot deploy it across my entire network....Please come up with a solution

UVNC is not intended to be used as a spy program it is intended to remote control desktops and help users.

That's not what it's used here for. I only use it to monitor employees when i suspect something is going on and company pc's are being abused.

Still was not designed to used like that as well.. They make paid programs for that type of use. I can send you a pm of one if you want it..

It's blinking?
As far as I know it just changes it's color from blue to green once.

I would appreciate it if the UVNC-icon would really blink while the viewer is connected. This way people know the computer is being used and watched via remote. Is it possible to add this feature in the future?

not the icon, the cursor blinks when conncted.
