VNCViewer problem when I try to connect on a Repeater-Closed

Post by Cko4 »

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to connect a VNCViewer (Version 1.1.0.2) on a repeater (Version 107). I see in log of repeater "accept() connection" but not "Viewer added to list xxxx". I'm able to connect the server but not the viewer.

Configuration:

Repeater is install on a Windows Server 2003 Std. Run like a service. No DSM plugins or thing like that.

The repeater configuration is "5500" Accept and "5501" Listen. The Repeater is in mode "SCII". Restrict access port is set to "0". No ID restriction.

The router before the server forward port 5500 and 5501 on the server. No Firewall Active on the server.

Like I said the Server SC connect with no problem but not the Viewer.

Someone have an idea.
Thks

Hi,

I find the solution:

In the field VNC Server on VNCviewer you need to write ID in uppercase not lowercase.
