Ultravnc server and switch user windows xp problem!!!

Hello.

My friend have notebook with windows xp home and two accounts : Admin and User. He have ultravnc 1.0.2. server as service. When he have a problem he connect to my computer Add new client - enter ip adress. In stationary computer i see window with his notebook desktop. But i cannot help without change user to admin. When im trying to do that vnc disapear. Waht can i do to solve that problem??? How configure ultravnc to switch user normaly?

not an option as of yet hopefully the next version will support this feature

This sounds like you have fast user switching enabled or you're not running the server as a service. If it's running as a service already, ensure that you completely log out of the non-admin account prior to logging in as admin.
