Need help, cant control the user on remote computer

Hi,

I have installed PcHelpWare and made an server.
Have given the link for the download to my brother.
He has installed it on his computer and tried it.

It connects to me right away but im not allowed to do anything other than look at the screen.

Cant type or click on anything.

What have i done wrong?

Does the machine running the viewer have DirectX9.Oc installed?

Yes it does have it installed.

I have also installed it again just to make sure its correct.

But still i just can watch and not take over control of the remote computer.
