I want to be able to make a link on my website so a client can click on it and i'll be able to take contol of thier desktop and fix the problem.
How would i go about doing this with UltaVnc?

Do a quick search in this forum, this has been asked and continues to be dealt with to some degree in various threads; better to go there than to start a new one.

Yeah after i post i found some very good topics on this subject. I found out that i need to do a reverse connect. I've read alot of info about it but they realy dont tell you just how to make it work. I've read some topics about using Inno setup to code it to auto install and auto connect. If some one could help me setup inno setup to do that it would be very helpful.
This the they way i would like it to work.
A client clicks on a file on my website and save it to thier computer and then run the exe and it would install and auto connect to my computer.

Thanks if any one could help me set this up.

OK I download inno setup and Istool. Plus i download the source files for ultravnc. I've opened the iss file and looked at it but i not know what im looking at. How do i code it to auto connect back to me. DO i need to create some batch files if so how do i create those. Sorry about all the question first time I've tried to code some thing.

Depending on your clients Network I think it is going to be just a little more difficult than one can imagine. If it was that easy I would re-wright a updated version of VNC to silent install. Then I would go bankrupt from purchasing monitors and computers so that I might have remote access to the world

I've made the reverse connection by using Istool. I’ve given the icon the Parameters attribute of -connect myip::port. So after the client install the setup it puts an icon on their desktop and all the have to do is click on it and it will connect to my computer. Now I need to go one-step future I would like for it to atomically connect after the install so they will not have to click on the icon. If any one have done this please let me know.

OK i figured it out myself. Now all the clients have to do is download a file from my website(or i could email the file to them) and click open and it will automactically connect them to my computer so i can give online support like a helpdesk(remote desktop).

Works like all the programs i've demo like networkstreaming($795.00), HelpdeskVNC($149.00). Good thing is that it did not cost me any $ just alittle learning.

here it goes.
i've been using something exactly does it too
the file is actually a RAR SFX.
based on RC14 + direct /connect patch... i'm not sure tho. it's really old work!
make sure you don't run it. i don't wanna see anyone else's desktop! :p
maybe im gonna tweak it out so that it automatically input registry and dont ask for password stuff.
