Unable to add mapping?

Post by leetuaan »

Hi,
My configuration:
- Modem router D-Link G604T with port fowarding 5500 to 5500 of my PC: 192.168.17.2.
- Running PCHW Viewer, Direct Connection, Listen Port 5500, mapping OK
- Server created with public IP
- Running the server created on the PC of a friend.

* For the 1st time, everything is OK.

- I quitted the viewer and run it again. This time, I have a message:
Test Upnp
DLINK IGD
Unable to add mapping

- And after that, I always have the message:
Test: Upnp
Unable to delete Mapping
Unable to add mapping

I have tried many times but can not fixe it. I had to restart the modem and the connection to that works again.

Someone has that?
Do you have any idea?
Thanks for your help.

Do you have to use upnp??

I never use it and maybe your router is not liking that option.

I would uncheck auto map under the Upnp settings and see if that will correct the issue

I just don't know the different when use or not use the UPnP.
My DLink support the UPnP so I use it.
I will try without the UPnP.
