Hello folks, this is my first post since registering. I have read that you need to post otherwise you may get deleted. I thought I could get you to view and comment on the new website I am working on. By the way, I am the owner and sole operator of a small computer troubleshooting company in Moncton, NB, Canada & I use Ultra VNC Single Click to remotely work on my customer's computers. I have a few clients half way across the country (Canada is big), but mostly remote clients are local. I just read this morning about your new product PC Helpware. It seems to have advantages over SC but I do not honeslty look forward to changing over from SC. See my motto below. I will probably end up using your new program but I hope you will not give up or stop support SC users. When my IP address changes every couple of months I have to create 2 new SC files, one in French and one in English. If your site did not enable me to do this anymore. I would certainly go grey if not only temporarily. Thank you for the great program you have created. Programmers Rock!
Charles, aka Dr Ordi (means PC Dr in French)
Oh, here is my new site that I am working on: feedback is always appreciated.
NEW SITE: http://www.drordi.com/ExpAvNotePad/default.html
OLD SITE: http://www.DrOrdi.com/
When the new site is completed it will be moved to the old site's address.
[mod=494,1183407368]this a question, so moved from VNC related product to General help is not just a presentation of the product[/mod]

If it ain't broken, don't fix it. But if you can make it better, break it and fix it.
Re: The Doctor is here :-) get Dyndns
Go to http://www.Dyndns.com, reister and download the auto update client and you will not need to create new SC files evey month. When my IP address changes every couple of months I have to create 2 new SC files,

Re: The Doctor is here :-)
Thanks. I was with this service in the past, but because my IP did not change often enough it was disactivated. My IP does not change every 30 days, but it can change every 90, then next time within 7 days. It's not reguar, unfortunately but thanks for the suggestion. Charles.

Re: The Doctor is here :-)
Using the update client, you can configure a FORCED update within 30 days (on a regular schedule) and your account won't be deactivated. I've done this for many clients with static ip addresses as well as with dynamic.because my IP did not change often enough it was disactivated. By the way, Like the new site .
Regards,
Ben.
