msvcp60.dll error when connecting

I've got a client using an SC build that does work for most users. This particular user is getting an error when connecting that states it can't find msvcp60.dll which is a MS C++ Runtime Library file.

I've scoured all posts in the SC area going back to 2005 and don't find any reference to that particular error.

Any ideas on how to resolve/where to start?

Sorry. No idea what's going on...

What OS does this user have ?
Have you tried to send him this dll so he can copies it in his SC directory or in system32 and see if it solves his problem ?

Its a W2k machine. Searching on my system, w2k also, this file is in the system32 dir, but not the SC.

I will try your suggestion.
