I think there is some errors in create.bat located under create_server folder, in fact when I excute the batch file at this time there are 3 errors:
copy custom\icon1.ico server\icon1.ico
copy custom\background.bmp server\background.bmp
copy custom\helpdesk.txt server\helpdesk.txt
the custom directory it's empty because the files are under server_res located in the root directory.
