Post by kuno »

Hello, I am new her. I hope someone can help me.

I have downloaded PcHelpware 1.0 but I can't see to get to work. I want to be able to connect to a pc from another from the internet.

Where should the viewer be installed and where should the server be installed? Which must be installed first??

Is there anyone which have simple guideline to have to installed this.

Thanks.

because it is very similar but you need to have a very good understanding of how the repeater works and how networking works in general. The step by steps are works in progress..;)

for remote support, helpdesk
viewer begin then server.
viewer, local computer (you),
server, remote computer (partner),
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home
only experienced user, not developer

In my head it is wrong. Server, on the partner computer you says but is it not where you must login? Is partner computer not on the remote computer??

My remote/partner computer is standing in a office outside of town. I what from my computer to get control over that computer. How do I do that?? What am I missing here??
