SC quit working

Post by mabarnes11 »

I have been using SC for some time. What a great tool to help clients with programs!

We have relocated to another part of the U.S. and I have been having problems. I have rebuilt the remote.exe file and have used the program a couple of times with success. I am assured by the ISP that the IP address is not filtered. Now for whatever reason the client gets the 5 minute warning ballon whne they try to use the program and ultimately no connection. I have no iea if the ISP has changed any of the settings for the network or my public IP address. I believe the program is working correctly as a backup location on a different network runs just fine.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
