Testing on LAN

Could you please help,

I have tried both the online guide and the one posted here on the forum.
I just cannot get this to work.....
I do get multiple windows open...endless amount of the same desktop.

Could you please help me clairify..

Viewer Connection is ............ Local PC (one i am using)
Server Connection is ............ Remote PC ( one i am going to connect to)

Sounds like you are doing a loopback test.

Are you using one computer from the viewer and other computer for the sever??

is this not the proper way?

once you create the server, do you run it on PC1(local) and then do the same for PC2(remote)...same file?????

Did you read the step by step that is listed in this forum as a sticky

You are correct. The viewer is the computer that you use to control the other and you need to start the viewer first on a direct connection. Once it is started you start the server. Provided all the ports are open and your have everything set up properly it will work..;)

Okay,
After playing a lot I finaly got it to connect.
BUT
I do not have any control of the PC...NO mouse, icons, ect.

Any ideas?
