If possible, I'm wondering if UltraVNC can support copy/paste where the clipboard between the server and client will convert content to UTF-8. For example, say my client computer is trying to copy Japanese text over; UltraVNC should be able to take that as a UTF-8 string and send it over to the server for pasting. I don't know how TightVNC does it, but they managed to get such text to copy/paste fine. Right now though, UltraVNC is copying the text as SJIS and it's looking a bit scrambled, to say the least. :x
