How do we perform a Ctrl+Alt+Del on the host while using PcHelpWare.

That will work if you have access to the desktop but if the server is locked how then would you be able to login in or perform the Ctrl+Alt+Del.

In my opinion this is not possible due to security reasons. UVNC SC doesn't allow this key combination, too. This is only possible by using UVNC installed as a service.

..or just deactive the required CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination on your server by editing the group or domain policy

You're right. Ctrl+Alt+Del only works while using UltraVNC. Thanks for your help in answering my question.

I am looking to create a service that allows me to call the pchelpware dll. Now if nobody is logged in, how would one then issue a CTRL + ALT + DEL
