Poor quality of the pchelpware viewer

Using the pchelpware viewer is verry usefull but I found
that the quality is poor. When opening few windows in
the remote pc, it start to be very very slow

Is there a solution or should I try the Ultra VNC viewer
which I think is very tricky to configure if I'm behind a
router for a beginner like me

Did you install the video drivers in the computer that you are remote controlling??

I only install the server software Ultra VNC. Don't know about the video drivers ???
Where can I get these ?
