SC Error

Hi there

I have just got to grips with setting up SC. I have set up 2 connections but im having real problems with one of them.

The jist of it is below
[JP-SPEC]

[HOST]
Power Retrieve Support 1
-connect 217.37.16.105:9876 -noregistry

[HOST]
Power Retrieve Support 2
-connect daneboy.dyndns.org:7600 -noregistry

The 1st one fails with an error...

"Connection Failed - Error Reading Protocal Verision
Possible Causes:
- Youve Forgotten to select a DSM Plugin and the server uses a DSM Plugin
-Veiwer and Server are incompatible (they use different RFB protocals)
- Bad connection"

the 2nd one works fine.

Ive check the firewall is fine and i can see it push to my machine but then that message comes up?

I have had RealVNC install but uninstalled that but it still coming up with this??

Any ideas?

Are you listening with the DSMplugin box checked??

Is the IP you are using a LAN ip assigned to your computer??

replace your old vncviewer and singleclick (test) by PcHelpware server bin (GUI SC) finale release 1.0

-server (gui SC)
-files to create self extracting archive

pchelpware_viewer and pchelpware_server (PHW_SC) replace vncviewer and SingleClick (SC)
