connection problem

hello
i'm new here so don't kill me :roll:

this is the problem:
i'm using v1.0.0 - RC 18
and i'm trying to connect by http

it load's the java stuff, so that's not the problem
but when i enter my password i get this:
unknown VNC authentication result -682277839

someone has an advice?
