What happend to the online SC Creator tool?

I tried to make a SC Client here: http://www.pchelpware.com/creator/index.html

But after the POST i get an error that the server cannot be found.

Did something went wrong while moving to antother server?

I hope it will be fixed soon as i cannot get the offline tool(s) working.

server was done due of bug of software running on uvnc.com

failure of hardware/repair from the internet service provider ?

normally, server have a feature allow remote control server even main OS is down without hardware failure like Integrated Lights-Out 2 or KVM over IP
