Disable Tray Icon and Balloons

Is it possible in either sc or pchelpware to disable the tray icon and those annoying info balloons?

i saw this for the regular vnc, can it be done to sc or pchelpware?

Suppresses either pop-up of dialog boxes or any GUI at all.
