Connection fails after the background goes black

Hi all,

I'm new to this uvnc and i cant get it working correctly.
When i open the file combiled in this web and click to connect the "server" computer it ask on the server computer "do you allow or reject the connection" , after I allow it the screen on the "viewer" computer goes black for a second and then the combiled program closes itself. I have no idea what could be the problem, maybe you guys can help me out here.

hmm... does your vncviewer work when you connect to a local server in you lan???

What options did you change from the default??


Do you have the ports open in your firewall for uvnc to communicate..?

First of all thank you very much for answering!

1.No it doesnt even work in lan
2.I've tried basicly all different options, none of the combinations seems to work...
3. Yes I opened the right port.

If it doesnt work in a LAN how do you expect it to work in a WAN??

you have to get a successful testing in LAN without encyption before you try a wan connection.

Once successfult lan testing then if you are going to use encyption then implement it then make sure it works in LAN competely before working in WAN..

Then try Single Click..
