Hi!
Can anyone guide me on how to go about with the Ultra vnc single click. Please give me step by step instructions to achieve my below goal. I will appreciate anybody who will help this confused person.
I want to provide support to my clients pcs from my office. But do not want to install any support software onto their pc. Maybe I want to do it thru the internet. I came to know that VCN single click is the answer to my question. But Iam totally confused on how to go about it.
A quick guidance n help would be appreciated.
Many thanks
John

No problem just wanted to give you some information that is all..
If you are dealing with Single Click you only need a the viewer.
Single click is an excellent choice for helpdesk to support pc users.
The best thing to do is use only lan ips to get it to work.
Once you get a handle on it then you add encyption but not before
install the full version of UVC on your pc
Then we can work on the single click

Re: Help required!!!! Please
Hi!
I got it working within the LAN. It is working fine excellent!!!
So, how to go about doing it in WAN?
Plus can I have it this way - I have a server at a data centre somewhere. I ask the client to connect to that server and I also connect to that server and trouble shoot the clients pc.
Do this happen thru VNC SC ??
Many thanks
John
