A few cannot connect with SC, Why?

Hi Guys,


I have been using SC / UltraVNC for months now. It is, and you guys are, Great!

This week I have had two people not be able to connect after running SC off of my web page. No connection. Their PC can access the Internet fine. I tried to ping my DyDns location, it did not reply. I then tried to ping Yahoo.com and it also did not reply. I do not know if this is a symptom or not.

There IT guy old me he will open/change what ever I tell him to. What do I need to have him do?

crash of the router of SC20.3 partner
... this happen with the classic vncviewer 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 and maybe 1.0.2
not happen with tabbed_vncviewer 1.2.9
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, not developer
