sc and nat to nat

Post by kevineaton77 »

guys, this looks phenominal...great stuff! if i can get this to work for me, i will make a healthy donation!

i want to use this for my customers for remote support, and i have a nat router, as does nearly everyone else these days.

i have a few questions:

1)is it possible to run sc on the client machine (my customer, who will have zero windows knowledge and i will not have visited them before) and still get the nat to nat service running?

2) importantly, will it be difficult for my customer to configure the customer end in regard to question 1 (or for me to tell them how to configure it?)

3) is there another way to do this, (i.e. an easier way for my customer, i can cope with doing complicated stuff but they wont be able to most of the time), for instance, is it easier for me to run forwarding through my router so i dont then have to use the nat to nat service, which presumably means that i can use SC on the customers machine?

thanks a lot for this guys (and girls), much appreciated

best regards
kevin
