is-nt6ua.tmp trying to connect outside firewall

Hello,
while I was installing latest release of ultraVNC I got a warning from my firewall.
is-nt6ua.tmp was trying to connect to an outside adress.
Anyone experienced something similar?
What's the function of that file?

Is it a spyware?

XP home have default the guest account open.
If guest account is open, SSP always answer OK independed
if there is a correct passwd or not.
Because this is a real security break, the code try to logon
as (domain,"isdiua", "hegbfsa")) (dom,user,passwd)
If we get an OK, on this fake user and passwd, guest account is open and access is denied.
Marscha has a new solution, but MSlgon2 is delayed until he return from holiday.

The network has no domain.
Maybe he tried to connect to my router...
I can't remember the domain he tried to connect.
