Just wondering......
Are you not trying to connect to the local host, loopback
connection.

What you see looks the same as watching 2 mirrors

Your Viewer connect to the server on same machine.
Viewer show his own again and again and again.....

Test:
Disable local vncserver, before making viewer connection.

gate2003==viewer PC ?
or
gate2003==router and redirect port back to your PC running
the viewer.

This is a normal behaviour when you connect the viewer to a server on the same PC.

Sorry mate I've sorted it out and you were right, I was trying to use the viewer and server on the same machine just to test the software but it's working fine now I'm using them on different machines

Thanks for your help

Sorry about the double picture post :oops:
