I have looked for an answer here on the forums and on the internet, but to no avail.

Is it possible to customize the helpdesk.txt file with say: Colors - lines - Bold - fonts

well background icons etc no problem Not sure about the fonts and bolding

OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home
only experienced user, not developer
