Would it be possible to show a message like 'No Panic, your computer is remote controlled at the moment' instead of simply blan kthe screen?

Blank screen is done with the powersave functions.
The video card keep runnning, but don't send a signal
to the monitor.
It is impossible to show anything on the monitor.
