UltraVNC Win32 Server Performance Problem

Hi,

I've been using VNC for 4-5 years on and off.

I recently installed UltraVNC Win32 Server 1.0.2 on a server and have been connecting to it remotely from my laptop using the UltraVNC Viewer. The problem is that it is completely consuming the processor (80-90%+) on the server when I log into it with the viewer.

I've looked around for performance fixes, but haven't found anything substantive that has worked. The only real change I've made to the deafult settings is that under "Current User Properties" the only check box I have selected is "Low Accuracy (Turbo Speed)".

Any suggestions that might be able to help me resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!

You cannot be using the mirror driver / video hook driver on the server.

It is the UltraVnc feature that makes all the difference wrt. server CPU consumption.

It is downloaded and installed separately
