Hi all,
I would like to setup a Helpdesk site for my company.
We have 2 IT people and I would like to see if it is possible to instruct our users to go to a Webpage that I already created, click on a link that would install the UltraVNC viewer and the user would get a list with both IT guys.
The user would then pick which IT guy he would like to help him. By clicking the user, the IT guy would get a notification that someone is requesting their help and if he accepts, he would automatically view that user's desktop.
I have seen a setup similar to the one I just described but not sure how to set it up.
