integrated GUI support for SSH port forwarding / tunneling

Please integrate an easy-to-use GUI so that UltraVNC out-of-the-box supports SSH port forwarding / tunneling. :D

There are some similar threads about SSH in VNC, but none of them are really asking for this kind of easy-to-use integration.
