external repeater

I have a repeater on my viewer_ssl pc
i can make a connection betyween 2 pc's in my lan using this repeater
as repeater address i use 10.0.0.151:443

if i change the repeateraddress to my external repeater (xxx.xx.xx.xxx:443 or uvnc.com:443) i cant connect with the server
(the viewer is connecting fine), after entering the id all i see is : create SSL and sometimes 'waiting for connection"

ports 5500, 443 5901, 5800 are forwarded on the viewer pc
ports 5500 and 443 on the server (external repeater) are open

what is it what im doing wrong here?

dont shoot me...
was using the wrong ip in the SC file ( i know...)

other question :

i'm using SCIII port 443 to connect from customer to repeater
im using distributer5 as repeater on external server
and am using vncviewer_ssl

is this the most secure and firewall friendly solution there is?

im not familiar with plugins for encryption etc.
also not sure if im using the latest releases for repeater/viewer/server
where can i find that?
