VNC Listening Viewer - Port Issue

I want to use SC to connect to my my viewer in listening mode. I have port forwarding setup on the router and all works fine as long as I leave the default port on 5500. Since we have more than one technician in our office I need to assign more than one port such as 5501, 5502, etc. How do you use the command line parameters to change the listening viewer port number without knowing the IP address of the user trying to connect with SC?

According to documentation, you should be able to add -listen [PORT] to the command line for the viewer. When I tried adding this port to the command line, it freaked out and said that it could not find the server. It appeared that it was going to require a server IP to get the viewer to work properly. Since I will not know the IP address of the client who is downloading the pre-configured SC applet, how can I configure my listening viewer to watch for any IP address that hits my listening viewer on port 5501?

In SC you define the ip+port for each host/technician. The VNC viewer (I'm using release 1.0.1) doesn't need a IP, just an optional port. Try upgrading to the latest vncviewer.exe.

After upgrading, I was able to get it to work with the following command line option.

"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" /listen 5501 -quickoption 4
