Using repeater and UVNC in the real world

I have read the FAQ and am still not understanding. I am looking for a solution for my customers, and this looks like it is it. But I would like someone to confirm if possible?

If my customers are natted behind a firewall, and I am also, do I use the repeater on a public server to forward so I can connect to the customer PC without firewall intervention?

So, I would connect to the repeater from my natted LAN, as would the customer and use it as a type of bridge?

Please help, tell me if I am stupid, I don't mind.

VNC Server --->outgoing(invers)--->NAT
VNC viewer --> outgoing(normal)--->NAT

NAT<---->Repeater<----->NAT

Both viewer and server announce themself with an ID to
the repeater, repeater bind the 2 incoming connections..

It works, but it is not user friendly.
Will start on an update in 3 weeks
