another vnc question on setting up?

Post by mschroe919 »

I am doing good with ultra vnc, now I have a relative that doesn't have a network or router but does have a cable modem. When i am connecting to a pc I use 10:10:10:5900. How do I enable the 5900 on a pc with no router?
Thanks Milt

Simple....:)

No router = direct internet connection

You can connect direct to the ip of his PC, without the need to forward any port.
Just like the PC is on your own lan.
