Unable to access taskbar on login

Hi all,

I've ultravnc installed as service and video hook driver installed as well. I've encountered this issue on a couple of our win2k3 machines.

Please see the following screenshots:

I'm unable to click on taskbar until approx 40secs later after vnc login. I wonder what could have caused the problem

meaning, not applicable to all your win2k3 machines, right ?

so, try to disable extra feature tools of Graphic video driver from ATI, NVidia, Matrox, etc.

extra tools, not really necessary for w2k3 server !

the boxes are all on ATI Rage XL with 8MB ram, with default microsoft signed drivers. all on default settings too... any idea what could be the cause of the problem?

do you have background or/and wallpaper not removed ?
