Does anyone have any suggestions for settings to optimize the performance of VNC using SCIII and the SSL Distributor5? Thanks

:idea: Is to set your vncviewer to settings from Auto to mediem or slow
You may not have a clear picture or the colors will be less but is should be faster..:D

Is there a way to get rid of the client session's background pic/pattern ? It was transfered to my viewer and i didn't find any parameters to stop it...

There a bug of management of wallpaper/background between 9x/NT
so, there another way to improve performance except the above solution from bevtech

not usefull solution... until fix, sorry,

ask your partner to change their background or remove it

OS w9x winvnc 1.0.1 as system (aug 6 2005)
workaround:
use Active Desktop (jpg, gif, png) except pictures .bmp

OS XP winvnc 1.0.1 as service system (aug 6 2005)
workaround:
use pictures .bmp except Themes (active desktop, jpg, gif, png)
