SC Tool not allowing to download

To anyone who is incharge of the SC tool. I tried it recently, but uploading the custom.zip, but i cannot download the custom.exe. The download just sits there until it times out.

custom name file would not be a good example for obtain back a file,
you need rename it to another name before send it
with custom file, you have better chance to obtain file from another person using same file name.

I would just wait a few hours and most likely it will start working..
