RC18 download section contain the sources for
RC18 and TEST19_5

(Full copy of cvs from that date)
You always can download the latest sources using wincvs.
Sources are still developped extensive, if you make custom changes, you realy should use wincvs. Wincvs can auto merge
your custom code with the new changes, else you need to port all again in the new source....every few days
