Online Version REL1.00 - Can't make it work!!

Right, could someone explain to me the subtle difference between the online RC23 and REL1.00?
I've spent the last 3 hours trying to create zip files containing the right stuff to get the "Enter a code" screen.

I've added the [ENTERCODE] entry in the helpdesk.txt and reduced the number of [HOST] to only one. For that host I put
-id 123456 -connect bla.com:5500 -noregistry
I've created an enter.bmp file, but as I could find nowhere an example and all the website says is "+keep same size" (same as what exactly?), I simply copied the logo.bmp and renamed it enter.bmp

I zipped it all and then uploaded it onto the second form on the creator page (http://sc.uvnc.com/index.php?section=19), but simply put, nothing works. The downloaded file acts exactly as before, and does not ask me for a code.

What am I doing wrong?

read 3 hours... but did'nt read FAQ and some step by step available on SC

and don't change name of some file !
logo.bmp is not same as enter.bmp !

example of picture same size
if picture is 50x50 is mean, you must have same size 50x50 of your own file

(and if you don't know the size, open the file inside a picture editor and you know the real size...)

I have read these FAQs actually, all of them.

When I say I created an enter.bmp, I didn't say I replaced the logo.bmp, I said I added it in addition to logo.bmp, to see if it was the fact that it was missing that didn't make the "ENTERCODE" work.

I haven't yet been able to find a single custom.zip file or any other with an enter.bmp, so I could not find the actual size of that file. If there is such a zip file around, i'd be glad to know where...

I have read the excellent PDF document in "UltraVNC SC STEP By STEP (Howto make a client EXE and setup)" but it does not mention ENTERCODE, IDs and REL1.00 at all.

I also tried Dwalf's SC Client Creator, but again, found that it generated files that did not give me the [ENTERCODE] function, which is what I need.

If you read my message again, you will realise I do not have a problem to create an EXE, I have a problem with creating an exe, be it online or offline, that will support the [ENTERCODE] feature.
