Hello,
when I look onto the sourceforge download list page I can see a lot of files. But I am a bit confused about the release sequence and compatibility of them.
Starting with the section REL 1.0.1 I can find there also
UltraVnc-Repeater-104.zip
and
UltraVnc-Viewer-101.zip
Ok thats fine for the first step. Now I am going to the next section labelled "Repeater" just above which seems to be newer when I look at the date. BUT: The downloadable files there do not have a release tag (like 1.05). Instead I can find a tag "SSL" resp. just pure without "SSL".
Are they direct successors of the Repeater 104 from release 1.0.1 ?
Is the Repeater_v104 file from Release 1.0.1 then with or without SSL ?
Ok, lets go again one download section higher on the sourceforge list
to "viewer 1.28".
Is this the successor of the vnc-viewer version 1.01 from release 1.01 ?
Why is then there a gap of 0.27 minor release steps ?
Or is the "tabbed viewer" just a derivat of the same development level as 1.0.1?
Please give me some hints

What are the versions diffs of vnc-viewer and repeaters ?

Viewer 1.0.28 was made as successor for 1.0.1.
There where a lot of test release (27) before it was stable enough to put it
on sourceforge.

It was stupid to put the repeater under the section REL 1.0.1
Repeater develop seperate from vnc server/viewer--> own section
SSL is only used for SCIII
repeater 104 contained errors and where corrected in the later versions
found in the repeater section.
Latest repeater is at uvnc.com
