I know this was discussed before but I wanted to bring it up again. I'm using uvnc version 1.0.1 client on XP Pro, and 1.0.1 server running as a service on XP Home. The XP Home machine uses FUS (fast user switching). When 2 or more users are logged in on the server, any attempt to connect to it using uvnc causes the viewer to crash and the current user on the server to be logged off. The previous explanation said it was caused by an XP Home licensing issue and that it was impossible to correct?

Why then can I do what I want with services like LogMeIn.com? If they can do it without logging off the current user on the server, why can't it be done in uvnc? I'd much prefer to use uvnc for privacy reasons. I don't trust 3rd party services. For all I know they could be capturing my passwords.
Thanks.
Chuck

Uvnc running as application also can display each user, just like logmein.
The problem is that a service only can access the desktop running on
session0. This MS security feature, intruduced with XP block access
to all other session.
Or you need to run as application ( but you can't logon) or running as service (but you can only access session0, usual user 1)
