Viewer closes when connected

Post by schieferer »

:) first of all - it's a great tool - compliment
I only have a little problem. I use singleClick für all my clients. I run the viewer in listener mode. Most of my clients can connect with singleclick, but in some cases my viewer closes after connection. I get the black screen of the client and after a short time the viewer closes. Does anyone have an idea? Is it possible, that the problem is corresponding with the grafic card of the client? Many thanks for help!!![/b]

Hello. I have same problem, but not related with type of connection. It happens over cablemodem sometimes, and sometimes over ADSL works fine.
And not related with type of card, because the same machine works in LAN, but not from Internet.
If anyone have an idea...
Thanks.

optimize your windows TCP/IP stack
try TCPoptimizer
or
DrTCP

and
check your NAT rule for your cablemodem NAT router
