my boss just installed this on all pc at work

what is safe and private from him can he see everything i'm doing on my pc emails msn playing games etc. is all my personel stuff in my documents accessible by him. just want to know how many of my rights he can infringe on, thanks

It would be nice if you were to tell us WHAT your boss installed on the PCs? If he installed UltraVNC Server, this is not a "logging" program. UltraVNC Server is a "remote" access control program where a VNC Viewer can access the Server from a different PC.

all i know is there is a new icon on my pc that says ultravnc with an eye as a logo.i was on msn and he somehow joined in on the conversation uninivited. he also had someone working on all our office pc's friday last week we have a total of 5. thanks for the quick reply

If you are using his pc on his network while he is paying you you don't really have any rights.

When someone is connected, the icon==green else blue.

Unless he let you sign a paper that you can only use the mail for company purpose, and include a note on each mail you send to let the
other party know that the mail (replay) can be read by someone else it would be not allowed in the EU.

must be from a boss of a small bussness that likes to spy on his employees. i do have to agree to a point that it is his bussness and his pc's and network but i don't agree that it gives him or anyone the right to spy on there employees, just my honest opinion
